Lead Estimator

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Manage large, strategic project estimates from precon through final proposal

• Supervise estimating team members and coordinate internal bid review meetings

• Analyze plans, specifications, and contractual requirements

• Communicate bid strategies with executives and project leadership

• Partner with operations, business development, and design partners

Estimator Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred

• Demonstrated experience leading estimating teams

• Skilled in competitive bids, negotiated work, and conceptual pricing
