Rough Carpenter**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Rough Carpenter to join our construction crew. This position focuses on framing, structural builds, and other foundational carpentry tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction plans, tools, and materials and will contribute to the efficient and safe completion of building projects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Construct, erect, install, and repair wooden and metal frameworks for buildings and other structures.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans.
+ Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials using hand and power tools.
+ Build temporary supports, scaffolding, and braces.
+ Install floor joists, wall frames, roof trusses, and subflooring.
+ Ensure structures are plumb, level, and aligned to project specifications.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in construction and carpentry.
+ Experience with hand tools and general labor.
+ Previous experience in commercial carpentry.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
+ Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements.
