Crate Builder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crate Builders. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality crates based on provided specifications. This position demands attention to detail, safety, and efficiency, with the ability to work independently or alongside a team member, depending on the size and type of crate.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build crates according to detailed specification sheets using a pneumatic nail gun.
+ Work efficiently at a fast pace, standing for the duration of your shift.
+ Continuously lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
+ Accurately read and interpret crate building specifications.
+ Verify materials such as length and thickness before beginning construction.
+ Select and use the appropriate nail gun and nails based on the thickness of the boards.
+ Secure and store nail guns in the designated locked cage at the end of your shift.
+ Strong understanding of measurements and the ability to read and interpret specifications.
+ Proficient in the use of pneumatic nail guns.
**Work Environment**
You will be working in a loud and somewhat dirty environment that is not temperature-controlled. Ear protection is recommended due to noise levels. The schedule is 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with overtime opportunities available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
