Superintendent**
**Job Description**
Travel across the country to various commercial construction projects, overseeing construction operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols. Track project progress and report updates to management.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee construction operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
+ Schedule and coordinate activities of workers and all subcontractors.
+ Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
+ Track project progress and report updates to management back in Toledo.
+ Procure necessary materials and equipment for the job site.
+ Conduct site inspections to assess quality of work and identify potential issues.
+ Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project status.
+ Provide training and guidance to workers on construction practices and safety procedures.
+ Communicate effectively with all members of the project team, including architects, engineers, and vendors.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years as Construction Superintendent on Commercial or Industrial work
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Field experience as a tradesman preferred but not a must
+ Open to traveling to the 30 states where licensed
