Electromechanical Assembler**

M - F 7am - 3:30pm $21- overtime starting at 5am common

**Job Description**

The Assembler will be responsible for assembling medical diagnostic equipment by following detailed work instructions on computers and Travelers. The role involves working with mechanical and electronic components to manufacture diagnostic machines, blood analyzers, and heart monitors. The position requires completing in-process documentation and utilizing hand tools.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform mechanical and electronic assembly tasks.

+ Follow detailed work instructions and Travelers on the computer.

+ Utilize hand tools such as torque wrenches and screwdrivers.

+ Complete in-process documentation and maintain accurate records.

+ Work with blueprints and standard operating procedures.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.

**Essential Skills**

+ Mechanical assembly experience.

+ Familiarity with medical assembly processes.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

+ Experience with torque wrenches.

+ Competence in documentation and data entry.

**Work Environment**

The work environment is clean, comfortable, and well-lit, suitable for building medical instruments although not a clean room. The initial hours are 7am-3:30pm, transitioning to a 4X10 schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, by the end of the year. Candidates should be open to occasional overtime, including some weekends. Overtime typically starts as early as 5am, especially during the 3rd and 4th quarters.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
