Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Perform utility water and sewer line installation tasks
• Conduct preventive maintenance 
• Handle general repair and inspections
• Lead Teams
• Operate Heavy Equipment
• Make a difference to the infrustructure of the local community

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction management
• Ability to read and interpret specifications
• Knowledge of engineering principles
• Ability to follow City Specs to the Letter
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• OSHA awareness and compliance

Nice to Have Skills:

• Background in military construction
• Experience with quality control processes
• Ability to perform distribution tasks
• Ability to understand government contracts with minimal training

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $31,200.00
• Maximum Salary: Depends upon job
