Material Cost Estimation: Utilize PlanSwift for internal material cost estimation, facilitating the transfer of budgetary information to the purchasing department for efficient procurement processes.

Project Monitoring and Coordination: Collaborate with clients and contractors to oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications. This includes conducting

regular site visits to monitor construction activities.

Regulatory Compliance and Updates: Continuously study and update knowledge of construction regulations and building codes in states with significant client bases to ensure all projects

meet legal requirements.

Permit Acquisition: Navigate municipal offices to secure necessary building permits, ensuring that all projects are compliant with local laws before construction commences.

On-Site Project Management: Travel as necessary to various job sites to provide on-the-ground support, ensuring that the execution of the project aligns with the established executive plan and timelines.
