Express is now hiring a Licensed Commercial Plumber for a plumbing company based in Olympia, WA. This is a direct hire opportunity. The position is day shift with a flexible scheduleeither 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $60.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include 2 weeks PTO, 10 paid holidays, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance with 75% employer-paid premiums, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Plumber to join our team at a plumbing company based in Olympia, WA. This is a direct hire opportunity for licensed plumbers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plumbing and customer service, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Duties:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment in residential and commercial settings

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide cost-effective solutions

• Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries

• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues

• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations

• Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, solutions, and pricing

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent using ServiceTitan software

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines on the job site

• Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality

• Stay current with industry trends, new products, and techniques

• Provide emergency plumbing services when needed

Job Requirements:

• Valid PLO1 (Journeyman Plumber License) required; PLO2 (Master Plumber License) preferred

• At least 3 years of commercial plumbing experience

• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience with sales and scheduling

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Knowledge of additional plumbing services such as water filtration systems, gas lines, or sprinkler systems is preferred

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
