As a certified 8(a)/SDB, MBE, DBE owned business with over fifteen years of experience, we specialize in commercial construction projects ranging from renovations to ground-up construction. Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare and submit progress reports and punch out lists

Required Skills:

• Commercial construction experience
• Knowledge of construction management principles
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• OSHA 30 certification (Will help obtain if needed)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with report generation and installation
• Knowledge of safety management and long-term disability
• Expertise in concrete work and cost management
• Experience with inspections, estimating, and specifications
• Background in carpentry and supervision

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $65,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $80,000.00
• Paid time off
