Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer/Coal Bagger to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bagging coal, loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting daily operations to ensure efficient production. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work in various weather conditions. No prior experience necessaryjust a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Bagging, stacking, labeling and palletizing bags of product weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Preparing material for shipment
• Assist in loading or unloading bulk materials into trucks and railcars
• Operate equipment- Forklifts, conveyors, and other equipment when authorized

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 12 months

• Strong Work Ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Able to work in confined, restricted, or otherwise difficult physical surroundings
• Must be able work in a carbon environment which includes to dirt, cold, hear, rain, snow, etc.

Physical:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safely operate equipment

Skills:

• Forklift experience
• Familiar with General Labor/Production environment
