Weatherization & Insulation Installer $20+/hr + OT (Full-Time)

What Youll Do
Youll work with our experienced crew to upgrade homes with energy-saving insulation. Projects include:
Blowing cellulose or fiberglass into attics, walls, and crawl spaces
Sealing air leaks around basements, ductwork, and doors
Installing insulation in older homes and mobile homes
Light carpentry, air sealing, and equipment setup
Youll work both independently and on a team, with clear instructions and consistent support.

Youre a Great Fit If You:
Like working with your hands and solving practical problems
Can lift 50+ lbs regularly and move comfortably in tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces)
Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Show up on time and take pride in quality work
Are willing to learn and follow safety procedures

Bonus if you have:
Experience with insulation equipment, general carpentry, or weatherization work but not required. Well train the right person!

Where You'll Work
Based out of Auburn, NH, we serve homeowners throughout southern NH and northern MA. Reliable transportation is a must, as you'll meet at the shop or job site daily.
