Qualified candidates will have:

  • Experience building ground-up Multifamily, Mixed-use, Senior Living, Student Living, and/or Hotel projects ($15M+).
  • A minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Willingness to travel in the Midwest (Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa).
  • The ability to build and maintain meaningful professional relationships.
  • Local market knowledge.
  • A strong understanding of construction, and more importantly, a willingness to learn.

Job Skills & Abilities:

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex construction documents (drawings, specifications) and understand contract terms (prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Decision Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges and make timely decisions.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide a team, delegate tasks efficiently, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of multifamily construction industry standards, best practices, and regulations.
  • Technology: Proficiency in utilizing computer software (Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific applications) to manage project data and communication.
  • Experience with Procore.
