Required Qualifications

• 5 10+ years of experience in IT contracting, with a focus on software licensing and IT infrastructure (including mainframe)
• Strong background in banking, credit union, or commercial/financial services environments
• Expertise in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and compliance
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Vendoor)
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder influence skills
• Ability to quickly interpret management intent and execute with urgency
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities

Preferred:

• Experience with SaaS and cloud services contracts
• Legal or paralegal background is a plus
