A well-established architectural and construction firm in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a CAD Drafter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in building construction and architecture.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 yr of CAD drafting experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Experience with DSA (Division of the State Architect) projects
Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
Revise and update existing drawings based on design changes or redlines
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate designs
Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and other technical documents
Assist in preparing plans and documentation for submittals, including DSA projects
Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, regulations, and standards
Maintain project documentation and file management
