Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to join our clients team as Managed Care Contract Analyst. This role involves analyzing managed care contracts, performing financial modeling, maintaining data in EPIC, and supporting leadership with reimbursement strategies and reporting.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities include complex data and financial analysis, financial interpretation of contract terms, contract modeling, data validation, developing reimbursement methodologies, maintaining contracts in EPIC and identification of revenue enhancing opportunities.
  • Develop alternative financial proposals that are within the budget parameters, based on analysis and modeling of contract performance by developing and preparing revised models using sound rationale, and present recommendations to Managed Care leadership.
  • Support the organization by providing ad-hoc detailed data reports related to Managed Care agreements and Patient Financial Services activity to internal and external customers.

Skills Required

  • Strong skills in data and financial analysis
  • Ability to interpret and model contract terms
  • Experience with data validation and reimbursement methodologies
  • Proficiency in EPIC for contract maintenance
  • Ability to identify revenue opportunities through data insights
  • Skilled in developing financial proposals and performance models
  • Strong analytical thinking and use of sound rationale in financial modeling
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting recommendations to leadership
  • Proficient in generating ad-hoc detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders

Education/Training/Certifications

  • HB (Hospital Billing) Resolute Epic Certification
  • PB (Professional Billing) Resolute Epic Certification

Additional requirements

  • Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30. We close our department on holidays and do not work weekends.
