What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage full-cycle MEP/HVAC projects from bid to closeout
Forecast workloads, allocate team resources, and drive scheduling
Mentor and lead field teams and junior PMs
Ensure quality control and compliance across project sites
Act as main point of contact with clients, city officials, and subcontractors
Review contracts and scopes to manage deliverables, identify change orders, and protect profitability
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
10+ years in mechanical construction – HVAC, piping, MEP systems
Strong experience managing commercial/industrial projects $10M+
Proven team leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
Estimating & budgeting experience preferred
Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and QA processes
Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
