Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed budgets for commercial construction projects

• Utilize conceptual design and value engineering as needed

• Develop and manage estimates across multiple projects

• Collaborate with clients, field teams, and designers

• Present clear reports and budget breakdowns

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management (preferred)

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
