We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a professional who can plan, direct, and coordinate activities in various fields, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.

• 10+ years of experience in General Construction
• 5 + years in Data center construction
• 5+ years in power sub-station projects
• Strong experience in ProCore Construction Management Software .
• Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis.

• PMI or PMP certification.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management.
• Familiarity with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
• Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Understanding of business and management principles.

• Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve goals.
• Direct the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
• Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members, ensuring staff competence.
• Analyze technology and resource needs to assess project feasibility.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff on project specifications.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
