Seeking a skilled laborer in the field of residential construction, Roofing, Siding, Door & Window Install and Repair. Need to have knowledge in measuring project specs, estimating project cost, ordering material needed, and the labor skills to install. Can not be afraid of heights!

Job Responsibilities:

Assist to prepare site for all project construction and perform all manual labor functions. Such as but not limited to, measuring, ordering, managing customer files, and assist with labor install of all needed projects.

Manage and operate all construction equipment and power hand tools.

Managing over current projects to ensure that all jobs are being done according to contract, workmanship is of high quality, maintain accurate records of work being performed.

Assess and help manage warranty related issues with prior projects.

Communicate directly with office staff and customer.

Perform office technician duties.

Experience:

2-6 years of experience preferred in Roofing, siding, Window & Door installation.

Must have valid drivers license.

Must be able to haul ladders, heavy equipment, and material to and from job sites.

Need to be willing to undergo a background Check.

Benefit:

Compensation based off experience up to and through beginning pay of $52,000 year.

Company vehicle and gas card provided. Home garage assessment done after 90-day review.
