The Salt Water Production Foreman position is responsible for the safe, effective, and economical operation and maintenance of saltwater gathering, saltwater disposal and freshwater distribution systems. The Foreman is also responsible for overseeing the pipeline and SWD operators for all water systems as well as the operation and oversight of saltwater disposals.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitoring & overall operations of salt water & fresh water gathering systems and saltwater disposal facilities.
Supervise CLR pipeline and disposal employees. Carry out all applicable supervisory responsibilities including training, planning, assigning work, performance oversight and evaluations.
Optimize system operations and facilities including troubleshooting, coordinating & overseeing maintenance activities, pipeline pigging, and chemical usage.
Oversee contract personnel conducting repair and maintenance on operations and/or operating disposals.
Coordinate construction projects for any upgrades and repairs to SWD or gathering system.
Coordinate and oversee acid jobs as required on SWDs.
Perform routine inspections of pipeline right-of-way to ensure its integrity.
Responsible for monitoring operational alarms and ensuring all mandatory response is made to ensure integrity of pipelines and facilities
Establish and maintain good working relationships with contractors, landowners and vendors. Work with landowners on right-of-way issues and required maintenance.
Coordinate & communicate with other SWGS foremen across company to maximize corporate asset utilization and exchange knowledge.
Communicate with the production superintendent and engineers as often as necessary to ensure optimal performance of systems.
Enter reports as required in EHS Insight, Site View and Well View.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
Minimum five (5) or more years related experience.
Valid Drivers License with acceptable MVR.
Ability to pass a respiratory fit test, if applicable to route/location.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SCADA systems Cygnet.
Experience working with SWD facilities and pipelines.
Experience with compression and gas pipelines.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stoop, stand, walk, pull, carry instruments, and climb stairs and ladders for an extended period of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Ability to work overhead for extended periods of time.
Ability to perform fine manipulations with hands and fingers.
Capable of driving distances of 150 miles or more per day during all types of weather conditions.
Ability to one arm carry up to 25lbs. without assistance.
Regular bending, crouching, pulling, and kneeling to check equipment and gauges.
Must be able to exert up to 50lbs. of force occasionally and up to 20lbs. frequently to move or manipulate objects.
Ability to work significant amounts of time as required in completing job responsibilities.
Working environment includes exposure to extremely loud noises in the field, hazardous chemicals, and hydrocarbons that may be under extreme pressure for which appropriate safety measures are required.
