Concrete Finisher

Now hiring Experienced Concrete Finisher! This is not an entry level position, must have at least 3 years of consecutive, verifiable work history as a concrete finisher.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, with the ability to deliver high-quality finishes on various concrete surfaces. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals.

Duties
Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring by using hand tools and other equipment.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
Finish concrete surfaces using various techniques using rake, shovel, hand or power troweling, power screed, floats,
Install forms, rebar, and other material for concrete structures and ensure proper alignment and stability.
Apply caulking and sealant as needed to protect finished surfaces.
Chip, scrape, and grind high spots, ridges, and rough projections to finish concrete using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, etc.
Free hand ramp, curb & gutter.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements
Have at least 3 consecutive years of concrete finishing experience!!
Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Valid Drivers license and clean MVR
Proper work authorization and documentation.
Pass a fit for duty physical, background, and drug testing
