Hiring Hotel Painter And Shop Organizer

Need skilled painter to prep, paint and clean up on a cycle of EXTERIOR and INTERIOR painting projects. Work will be on 100+ unit hotel and a 40 unit apartment/unit apartment building in town of Oak Harbor. Must have prior painting experience, skill and care for prep and detailed clean up. This can be a full time or part time job. Work is expected to take place M-F between 8am-4pm, but flexible.

Additional work: Organize large tool and equipment shop

Some duties:
ALL aspects of painting: purchasing, property prep and set up, quality painting and VERY thorough clean up.
Cleaning and organizing large workshop for more efficient use
Dump Runs
Power washing as needed
Physically able to lift 50 lbs or more
Follow directions from General Manager, respond to phone calls, texts, and follow instructions.
Comfortable with working outside during all weather conditions.
Must work well with ALL PEOPLE, guests, and tenants without with courtesy and respect.

Qualifications:
Painting experience and skill exterior and interior
Must provide an example of some similar job experience
Valid Drivers License, reliable transportation to work.
HONEST, hardworking, dependable, no drama, and must be drug free
