Hours : Monday -Friday 6:00 AM -2:30PM Hours may change due to Hop Harvest

Pay:$22.00

Job Type: Seasonal possible fulltime

Paid Type: Weekly

Benefits: Need to pass probation period 90 days

Responsibilities
Cut and fabricate materials for diverse agricultural and commercial projects.
Work under the direction of the shop supervisor to achieve daily targets and meet project deadlines.
Operate welding and cutting tools safely and efficiently.
Perform fabricating work for custom equipment, infrastructure, and building projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Perform physical labor, including stooping, bending, and heavy lifting.
Occasionally work on-site in various weather conditions to support field projects.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality results and timely completion of work
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Mig welding, Flux core welding, Stick welding, and Tig welding.
Ability to speak English and Spanish
Experience in fabrication, fitting, and assembly.
Skillful in using a tape measure and working with sheet metal.
Work Environment
Work primarily in a well-equipped shop setting, with occasional site visits for field projects. Be prepared to work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols. The role involves physical labor and a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace
