Grading Foreman Needed Read Plans & Direct Operator

Were looking for an experienced Grading Foreman for a project in Nashville, TN. The equipment and operator are already on-site we need someone who can read and interpret grading plans, direct the operator, and oversee day-to-day grading activities.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not an office position.

Responsibilities:
Read and interpret civil site plans and grading blueprints
Direct operator on cuts, fills, and slopes
Ensure work is done accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with project manager or GC as needed
Maintain safety and production on site

Requirements:
Strong experience in site grading and layout
Ability to read plans and grade stakes
Reliable transportation to the site
Good communication and leadership skills
