Handyman / all around guy needed

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repairs and maintenance, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment jobsite care & safety.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential jobsite, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. We need someone that can work with concrete and block walls.
This job is at 1 jobsite - you would be in charge of the jobsite, keeping everyone safe, confirming work is being done properly, and reporting to the GC onsite. We just need someone that is capable of quick repairs if needed. Multi tasking is a must.
You must have your own car / truck. Basic hand & power tools needed.
Conduct routine inspections onsite.
Keep the jobsite safe
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.
Experience & verifiable work history required. Bi Lingual a +

Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and building maintenance practices.
Familiarity with tools, materials, and equipment used in construction and repair work.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus - not required.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
