Pallet Builder

Our client, a leader in the logistics and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Pallet Builder to join their team. As a Pallet Builder, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Pallet Builder

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $16.50 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday

What's the Job?

• Utilize appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition.
• Communicate effectively with Production Supervisors and management to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete all production paperwork with accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment that meets company standards.
• Repair the required number of pallets efficiently and safely after training.

What's Needed?

• Demonstrated experience safely operating woodworking tools, including pneumatic and manual tools.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to observing all safety rules and regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required; completion of a craft apprenticeship preferred.
