About the Role:
The Project Manager will lead masonry scopes within diverse commercial construction projects — handling everything from planning and coordination to delivery and close-out. Our client values professionalism, communication, and a field-first approach to project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Manage all aspects of commercial masonry construction projects
- • Coordinate closely with field teams, clients, subs, and vendors
- • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance requirements
- • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- • Identify and resolve issues quickly with a proactive mindset
What We’re Looking For:
- • 5+ years of experience in commercial masonry project management
- • Solid knowledge of construction documentation and field operations
- • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- • Familiarity with software like Procore, MS Project, or similar
- • Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
