About the Role:
This Project Manager will oversee mid-to-large scale drywall scopes within commercial construction projects — from planning to close-out. Our client values proactive leadership, field collaboration, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Manage all phases of commercial drywall projects
- • Collaborate with field teams, clients, subs, and vendors
- • Monitor timelines, budgets, and compliance
- • Lead RFIs, change orders, submittals, and documentation
- • Resolve issues quickly and effectively with a solution-focused mindset
What We’re Looking For:
- • 5+ years in drywall or specialty trades project management
- • Background in commercial construction (schools, retail, healthcare, etc.)
- • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- • Tech-savvy with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project a plus
- • Clear communicator, organized, and dependable
