Lead Solar Electrician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Solar Electrician to manage solar electrical construction projects, including EV charging stations. The role involves coordinating the electrical construction schedule, execution plan, and managing daily issues during solar project construction.
**Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate site electrical construction schedule and execution plan.
+ Supervise all electrical field personnel to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
+ Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
+ Report to the worksite, review current progress of construction, and operations on site.
+ Travel between multiple sites to assess progress and conduct component testing.
+ Manage subcontractors and perform electrical testing and troubleshooting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience managing sub-contractors and electricians in community generation solar projects.
+ Extensive safety training on proper site safety procedures.
+ Proficiency in using Procore and Microsoft Office.
+ Ability to communicate construction progress with the project team.
+ Experience in running and participating in construction meetings.
+ Ability to understand blueprints and electrical schematics.
+ Certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 10, NFPA 70E (preferred but not required).

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $67.50/hr.
