Crane Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious NCCCO-certified Crane Operator with a Telescopic Boom - Lattice certification to join our team on a construction project. The ideal candidate will have experience operating cranes in a variety of site conditions and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate cranes safely and efficiently in construction environments. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on site. Interpret load charts accurately and perform rigging and signaling tasks. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Adapt to varying weather conditions and terrain during crane operations. Essential Skills NCCCO certification with TLL certification. Minimum 2 years of crane operating experience in construction environments. Strong understanding of load charts, rigging, and signaling. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and terrain. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Additional NCCCO certifications such as Rigger or Signalperson. Possession of CDL Class A or B license.
