Finishing Carpenter**
**Pay $18-22/hour**
**Job Description**
We are embarking on several large projects which include remodels, new builds, and additions across the metro area. We seek candidates with construction experience who are eager to pursue a career in carpentry. You will have the opportunity to drive to various jobsites each morning and become an integral part of our team, assisting experienced carpenters and learning directly from them.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct demolition at job sites.
+ Perform site clean-up and set-up.
+ Move, carry, and stage materials.
+ Assist carpenters with various tasks as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of experience in both interior and exterior carpentry.
+ Proficiency in stick framing and finish carpentry.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience on construction sites.
+ Valid driver's license and insurance.
+ Ability to drive to sites up to 30 miles from residence.

Work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Experience working both indoors and outdoors during winter months. Collaborate with four distinct teams, gaining exposure to high-end custom framing and finish carpentry projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Excelsior, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
