General Laborer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while managing inventory. The role involves heavy lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively in a loud and fast-paced environment. Team collaboration is essential to complete a specific number of swaps within a set timeframe. Responsibilities Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while managing inventory. Lift and handle items up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Work collaboratively in a team to achieve time-bound targets. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Essential Skills General labor experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Experience in construction, production, or carpentry. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Additional Skills & Qualifications Commercial construction and assembly experience. Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs. Experience using hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks.
