Traveling Superintendent (Data Center)

• Data center project in Ellendale ND for the next 3 years
• $176/day per diem 7 days a week.
• Will have the opportunity to go home once a month for 5 days paid by the company

• Manage all pre-construction tasks including crisis management plan, schedule, site logistics plan, site-specific rules and regulations, and safety plan.
• Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers engaged in assigned projects, conducting daily huddles, weekly work plans, and coordinating job site activities.
• Develop, manage, and implement project schedules, working closely with the Project Management team to ensure schedules remain updated.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team in selecting subcontractors, writing RFIs, and tracking procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work with Quality Control team to meet project-specific requirements, implementing site-specific Quality Control plans.
• Ensure all on-site documentation, including drawings and logs, are updated and assist in documenting As-Built drawings.
• Manage the project budget, including labor, materials, and equipment costs, assessing weekly/monthly cost projections.
• Ensure completion of project closeout tasks such as punch list execution, final inspections, and owner training.
• Provide leadership for the project team in Lean methodologies, standard work, and Pull-Plan sessions.
• Lead activities for a safe environment, including job safety meetings and orientations, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

• 3+ years of experience in construction, preferably in data centers.
• Experience in healthcare, education, manufacturing, or large commercial projects.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
