HIRING INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIANS IN HENDERSON, CO**

Were seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in assembling custom-engineered compressor systems. This hands-on role involves installing and maintaining electrical components, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the build process.

**Shift: 1st shift**

**** **Pay: $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr (based on experience)**

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Coordinate daily tasks to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals by ensuring proper staffing, tools, and materials are available.

+ Interpret technical drawings and verify builds meet design specifications.

+ Apply industrial electrical expertise to install and configure components across various compressor models.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

+ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows.

+ Monitor schedules and documentation, including non-conformance reports.

+ Install and maintain electrical systems such as control panels, switchboards, and junction boxes.

+ Connect/disconnect electrically powered machinery and diagnose electrical issues.

+ Create and follow wiring diagrams; read and interpret schematics and manuals.

+ Work with voltages ranging from 24VDC to 480VAC 3-phase.

+ Install conduit and wiring to meet NEC standards.

+ Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on motor control centers.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
