Overview
The Electrical Engineer II is responsible for the constructable, detailed design on most projects. They lead design efforts through completing site trips, coordinating with other engineering disciplines, vendors, and construction teams. Electrical Engineer II completes the conceptual design on small and medium size projects and functions as the lead designer on projects.

Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $68,000 to $85,000+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops detailed designs independently by leveraging industry knowledge, company and external standards, and lessons from previous projects to enhance deliverables.
Executes designs across various delivery methods, including design-build, plan and specification, and design-assist projects.
Facilitates information sharing with design disciplines, field contacts, clients, vendors, utilities, and governing agencies to ensure alignment and clarity.
Conducts site trips effectively by planning, working with onsite teams, and processing information after returning.
