Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, is highly organized, is a great problem solver, is very efficient, and has strong attention to detail & time management. [ Duties ] Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and proposals to determine accurate cost estimates Prepare and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients for commercial construction projects.
