Excavation Foreman

Excavation Foreman compensation: $30-38/hr DOE employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Excavation Foreman We are a small excavation company looking to fill a hands on foreman position. We handle commercial, residential, and public works projects. We do a little bit of everything including but not limited to digging for new builds, add-ons, basement installs, demolition, grading, utility installs, septic system installs, sewer taps, water line bursting and repairs, concrete/asphalt prep, lot grubbing, etc. We operate in Ada, Canyon, Boise, Valley, and Gem County. We run year round with typically 30-40 hours/week in winter and 40-55 hours/week in summer. Requirements: - Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow plans - Operate excavators, skid steers, and rollers - Must have a valid drivers license - Run a small crew - Minimum 4 years experience with at least 1 year as leadership role After a trial period benefits include: - 10-12 paid days off - company cell phone - company vehicle $30-38/hr, Depending on Experience Please respond with resume and phone number.
