Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings. Set up and operate welding equipment with precision and safety. Inspect welds for quality, strength, and appearancebecause sloppy isn't in your vocabulary. Collaborate with fabricators, machinists, and supervisors to meet production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What You Bring: 1-3+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Familiarity with grinders, saws, and other metalworking tools. Welding certification is a plusbut if you've got the skills, we want to see them.
