UX Architect/UX strategy/User Experience (UX) - Human-Centered Design (HCD)
VDart is seeking an Experience Architect with expertise in Human-Centered Design (HCD), user experience (UX), and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma). This role serves as a liaison between business and IT teams to define and deliver user-centric digital solutions. You'll shape strategic application vision, optimize process maps, and drive adoption of systems that delight users and meet compliance and quality standards.

Duration/Term: Long Term Contract
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in
UX strategy
,
experience design
,
quality/process improvement
, or a related domain.
Strong command of
Human-Centered Design (HCD)
principles and practices.
Proven ability to define and drive
digital experience strategies
in alignment with business needs.
Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred); experience using Six Sigma or Lean in a UX context is a plus.
Proficiency with digital strategy tools,
process mapping
,
project management
, and
user research
.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Apply
Six Sigma
and Lean methodologies to streamline UX design and delivery workflows.
Collaborate across teams to define the
strategic application experience
and UX architecture.
Create and maintain
Human-Centered Design (HCD)
delivery process maps.
Map
user journeys and personas
to identify pain points and improvement areas.
Support user research and discovery phases; contribute to business presentations.
Deliver
project accelerators
to reduce discovery/design timelines using tools and insights.
Ensure digital experience aligns with enterprise goals and drives
application adoption
.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and UX/digital teams.
