Assistant Project Manager Needed

A growing General Construction Company is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our team on active projects. While the majority of the work will be based in our Freehold, NJ office, occasional site visits may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish

Support project scheduling and procurement tasks

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

Help track project progress and maintain documentation

Prepare and manage submittals and project close-out documents

Communicate professionally via email and phone

Read and interpret construction drawings (basic knowledge is sufficient)

Requirements:

Must speak and write English fluently

Basic proficiency with computers and email

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and follow direction

Familiarity with construction plans and terminology
