About the Opportunity:
We’re seeking a talented and motivated Civil Site Design Engineer to support our growing Indianapolis-based team . In this role, you’ll focus on site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management for a wide variety of land development projects. You'll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that values design excellence, innovation, and client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and/or lead engineering tasks related to civil site design , including grading plans, stormwater systems, utility layouts, and erosion control.
• Prepare and review construction documentation, including detailed plans, specifications, and technical reports .
• Conduct engineering calculations , cost estimates, and site feasibility assessments.
• Maintain communication with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders.
• Support quality control and quality assurance procedures throughout project development.
• Evaluate and recommend design solutions, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil site design (land development, site infrastructure, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other civil design tools.
• Solid understanding of local site design standards and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
