General Laborer

This position is hands-on and the candidate needs to safely be able to be quick on their feet.

· Mon-Fri with 30-min lunch. Must be able to work overtime when needed.

· Must be flexible with breaks and lunch. Production cannot cease until the current run has ended.

· Must be able to perform the functions od the job while exposed to various weather conditions. i.e. heat in the summer, cold in the winter.

· Mechanically able to do general maintenance of machinery.

· Ability to life 50-55 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.

· Basic forklift knowledge is a plus.

· Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure a timely shipment.

· Reliable team member with prompt attendance and excellent performance.

· Excellent communication with team members.

· Basic math skills.

· Keep the worksite clean. The production line and surrounding area must be cleaned at the end of each day.

· Ability to climb rolling stairs and be physically active throughout the shift.

· Bonus: Experience in feed, grain or supplement processing or manufacturing.

· Pre-employment drug screen required.
