Residential Estimator/Project Manager Job Description

Our client — a well-established, award-winning design-build remodeling firm — is seeking a Residential Estimator/Project Manager to join their growing team. This high-impact, dual-role position combines detailed preconstruction estimating with hands-on project coordination across a range of custom residential remodels. You’ll collaborate with designers, trade partners, and clients to ensure each project is thoroughly scoped, accurately budgeted, and flawlessly executed — from kitchens and bathrooms to full-home renovations and additions. The ideal candidate is a natural taskmaster with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously. If you're energized by a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellence at every stage, this is a rare chance to join a company with outstanding employee retention and repeated recognition as a “Top Place to Work” in the region.
