Maintenance Technician HVAC certified

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure our residential properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Conduct routine inspections of residential units and common areas.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and property standards.

Assist with property upkeep, including landscaping, painting, and exterior maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and parts ordered.

Collaborate with property management team and vendors as needed.

Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests
