Job Description We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with 1-2+ years of experience in low voltage wiring, wiring schematics, and AutoCAD. While fire alarm experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. We also welcome applications from electrical designers with 5-7 years of experience. This role involves supporting our senior team member with finalizing projects, addressing technical queries, and assisting wiremen with electrical questions. A strong understanding of electricity and its workings is essential. Responsibilities
- Create wiring diagrams and schematics for Fire Alarm panels.
- Work with Fire Alarm Software.
- Assist with technical calls from customers.
- Develop electrical systems and components based on project requirements.
- Utilize CAD software for design and layout of electrical systems.
- Assist in testing panels and addressing wiring questions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with low voltage electrical systems.
- Experience with fire alarm systems.
- Understanding of CNC programming and NC files.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Metallics software is a plus.
