Aircraft Hydraulic Product Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aircraft Hydraulic Product Design Engineer to lead the design and development of new hydraulic components for aircraft applications. This role involves technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support product development, testing, qualification, and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new product design and development efforts in coordination with engineering leadership.
  • Ensure production readiness and timely delivery of drawings, documentation, and related data.
  • Perform engineering analyses including tolerance studies, structural analysis (FEA), hydraulic analysis, and dynamic analysis.
  • Develop and execute qualification test plans and procedures.
  • Act as the primary technical interface with customers for new product initiatives.
  • Support the transition of products from development to production.
  • Provide technical direction for qualification testing and fielded product support.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
  • 2-5 years of experience in product design for hydraulic components or a related field.
  • Strong skills in engineering analysis and problem-solving.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
