What You Bring:

• Reliable transportation (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly demeanor

For those with experience:

• Willingness to adapt to alternative systems and methodologies
• Maintain a clean workspace without becoming disorganized
• Ability to craft picture-perfect surface prep
• Ability to apply coatings at proper mil thickness with no flashing or runs
• Strong understand of product data sheets & product safety sheets
• Has a baseline understanding of coating chemistry and can utilize data from product sheets
• Has the foresight to prevent application mishaps and can otherwise correct them
• Efficient in the manner work is performed to be completed at a quick pace with little to no touch-ups required
• Can perform warranty work once with perfection

Bonus Qualifications

• Understanding of the back-end systems for production (estimations, project management, etc.)
• Other trade qualifications in drywall installation, finish carpentry, hardware installations, lighting installations, etc.
• Experience in multiple painting disciplines (commercial, government, industrial, etc.)
