Job Requirements:
To Perform this function successfully, an individual must be able to complete all areas outlined for this position in a satisfactory matter. Listed Below are the representative requirements and preferences of the education, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or licenses necessary to meet the minimum requirements to work at WWC.

EDUCATION:
1. Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Preferred: College degree in construction, engineering, business or related field.
3. Experience : At least 2 years experience in Lumber industry or related field

LICENSING/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION:
1.Required: State of Washington DL
2. Preferred: Forklift Certification

PHYSICAL:
1. Body Positions: Must be in sound physical condition and able to perform a physically demanding job, which requires standing for prolonged periods of time while operating presses and other machinery. He/she may also be required to sit for long periods of time while performing the managerial functions such as preparation of forms, etc.
2. Body Movements: Lifting, sitting, standing, walking, turning head and torso, bending arms, wrists, hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, machinery and equipment, computers, bending, reaching and crouching.
3. Body Senses: Must have full use of all five senses: excellent eye sight and depth perception, hearing, touch, smell and taste, full power of speech. These vision requirements in each area must be sufficient to analyze the quality of the jobs.
Strength: Must be able to lift 100 lbs. with regularity

MENTAL:
1. Mathematics: Must be able to do basic mathematical calculations to verify inventory counts.
2. Language: Must be able to communicate effectively in English (and preferably also in Spanish) both verbally and in writing well enough to read reports, Sales orders, process instructions and other paperwork, take instructions from the Sales Manager and communicate with fellow employees.
3. Mechanical: Must be able to understand the capabilities and limitations of PTP tools, equipment and machines.
4. Spatial: Must have the basic ability to read reports, work orders, manifests, and invoices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
1. Ability to provide exceptional customer service to customers
2. Basic knowledge of Building materials and applications

4. Excellent communicator who possesses integrity and trustworthiness.
6. Sound knowledge about safety measures and precautions.

8. Excellent knowledge of the Companys industry and trends impacting its business

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist customers with product selection to ensure best product for the project
2.Load and offload company trucks with materials by hand and Forklift
3.Develop and maintain a professional relationship between self and customers
4.Keep Forklifts Clean and maintained
5.Receive delivered inventory and verify paperwork for accuracy
6.Pull and Stage orders via order tickets and accurately build loads
7.Maintain yard cleanliness, clear any debris that may be a safety hazard
8. Operate and maintain power tools by following company protocols
9.Understand product specifications/ general uses to assist customers with questions
10. Understands height, weight, and length limitation to inform customers of safe transportation of material
11. Manage inventory for stock items to keep material available to customers
12. Keep a clean and safe workspace
13. Wear the correct PPE
