Pitched Repair Foreman

General Description:
Interstate Roofing is looking for an individual that loves being in the field, solving problems and embraces our company goals of Safety, Customer Service and Quality. We are a stable, fun-loving, high quality, mid-large sized re-roof company with a goal of growth.

General Responsibilities:
Finding leaks and fixing them with the highest quality and attention to detail.
Completing repair jobs as per the scope of work.
Providing notification if additional work is recommended.
Reporting all repair findings on an app with before and after pictures and basic descriptions.
Safety always working within Interstates safety rules.
Customer communication

Essential Duties and Requirements:
Able to transport, set up and use ladders for roof access.
Standing, walking, kneeling and working on sloped surfaces for extended periods of time.
Superior knowledge of composition roofing installation and repair.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a steep slope roofing foreman.
Demonstrative leadership skills (leads by example). Positive attitude. Good work ethic.
Provide great customer service to home and building owners

Additional Desired Skills:
Bi-Lingual (Spanish a plus)
Carpentry skills
