Contract handoff to Project Manager/Foremen
Communication, scheduling, subcontract execution documentation, materials orders.
RFI's, CO's, Inspections: management and documentation.
Match and batch quotes, PO's, shipping manifests, and invoices for job costing with accounting
Collate daily/weekly/monthly reporting for billing.
Close out packages.
